Hey! My name is Willow Delagrave and I am a Massage therapy practitioner! This means I have the training to provide treatment, but am unable to provide receipts billable to insurance, hence the lowered rates of my treatments.

I received my certification in Montreal, Qc in 2023 before moving to Petawawa to support my spouse’s military career. I loved every minute of being able to practice and am truly passionate about encouraging growth of mobility, as well as providing mind & muscle relief through massage therapy.

I am happy to provide you with a typical relaxation massage to help ease some tension and calm the nervous system. I can also work with you on any tightness or knots you may be experiencing in your muscles with a more deep tissue-like massage.

I am a firm believer that having body work done not only helps our bodies remain mobile as we grow older and go through every day physical challenges, but also reduces stress which can have numerous benefits on our health.
